The Company makes no guarantee as to the customer's ability to access any part of the service at any time, and accepts no liability whatsoever for the customer's inability to access any part of the service at any time. Any liability accepted by The Company shall be limited to the resupply of the service in the event that the service provided by The Company is not available through the sole fault of The Company.

Changes to The Service

Refusal of service

Jurisdiction

The terms and conditions contained herein are binding, and are in addition to any other terms specified in the Use of Service conditions listed on The Company's web site, and shall be governed by the laws the United States and the State of California. Both parties hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of the United States and/or the State of California.
